Self Catering Booking conditions for Castleview Bungalow

1.
No contract exists until a written confirmation of the booking with a deposit has been received and a confirmation of that booking has been despatched. Thereafter the holidaymaker becomes liable for the balance of the rent and this must be paid six weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
2.
If you cancel a booking for which you have contracted, we will do what we can to re-let the property, and if we are successful, we will refund any payment made by you less a £25 administration charge for every week booked. If we are unable to re-let the property, then you will remain liable for the balance (if not already paid) and there shall be no obligation on our part to repay or forego any paid or unpaid. Therefore, we recommend Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
3.
Keys must be collected from and returned to the key holder. This will be the norm unless other arrangements have been made.
4.
You are obliged to keep the holiday home and all furnishings, fixtures, fittings and effects, in the same state or repair and condition as they were in at the commencement of the holiday and to ensure that the home is left clean and tidy. In default of such obligation, you are obliged to reimburse us against any costs incurred in remedying such default.
5.
You will be responsible for any damage to the holiday home or its furniture, fixtures and effects. Anything broken or damaged should be repaired forthwith or replaced with an article of similar type and value. If this is not possible, any damage or breakage should be reported to us and paid for before departure.
6.
You will allow us with or without workmen or others at reasonable times and on reasonable notice to enter and inspect the property, or to enter such without notice in an emergency to repair the property.
7.
You must ensure nothing happens which may be a nuisance or inconvenience to neighbouring or adjoining property or adversely affect any insurance on the property.
8.
Where pets are involved, you must keep them under strict control, exercise them away from the property and they must not be left unattended in the property. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.
9.
If you feel you have a genuine complaint in respect of your holiday property, then this should be reported immediately to us. Complaints which are not reported immediately, will not be entertained subsequently and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of complaints made on departure or after your return home.
10.
On the day of your departure, the property must be vacated at 10am prompt to allow us to prepare it the arrival of next guests.
